If a tool isn't working

Tell us which tool you used, your browser and device (for example, "Safari on iPhone"), the type and approximate size of the file, and what happened. Please don't attach your files unless we ask for one: Pixyro processes files in your browser, and we don't need your private images to investigate most problems.
